We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, with the following delivery options available at checkout:

Standard Tracked Delivery – £2.95
Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery usually within 2–3 working days.

Express Tracked Delivery – £4.95
Royal Mail Tracked 24, with delivery usually the next working day.

Free Tracked Delivery – Free on orders over £50
Orders qualifying for free delivery will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. You’ll receive tracking information by email when your order is on its way.

Orders placed before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday).

Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be shipped the next working day.

During peak times, please allow an extra 1-2 days for dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery timeframes are aims and are not guaranteed.

If your parcel has not arrived within seven working days after its expected delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.

We remain responsible for ensuring your order is delivered. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the matter. This may include arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.

You’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
