We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and you can choose from the following delivery options at checkout:

Tracked 24-Hour – £3.95 (Next working day aim, fully tracked)
1st Class – £2.95 (Estimated 1–2 working days)
2nd Class – £1.95 (Estimated 3–5 working days)

Orders placed before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.

During peak times, please allow an extra 1-2 days for dispatch.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within the estimated timeframes, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 working days (UK standard delivery), please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

If you choose Tracked 24-Hour Delivery, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
