For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on used or opened lashes. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days and we’ll sort it out.

If your lashes are unopened and unused, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Get in touch via our contact form with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

If your order is faulty or incorrect, get in touch with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
