Everything you need to know, from application to aftercare

Our lashes are lightweight, customisable, and undetectable, applied under or on top of the lash line. We offer:

Clusters: Small sections to build your perfect lash look.
Pre-Cuts: Pre-arranged clusters for quicker, easier application.
Individuals: Single lashes for an ultra-natural, bespoke finish.

These give you a seamless, salon-quality look without the bulk of strip lashes.

Our lashes are made from premium silk, giving them a soft, natural finish. They’re 100% cruelty-free and no animal testing.

We’ve created a step-by-step guide to make application as easy as possible. You’ll find it inside your lash kit or on our website.

No, our glue is designed for at-home use and does not contain harsh chemicals found in professional lash extension glue. It stays flexible, allowing your natural lashes to move and grow freely without damage.

No. Salon clusters use hard-setting professional glue, which clumps lashes together and can cause damage. Our flexible bond allows your natural lashes to grow freely without harm.

Yes! Like any adhesive, we highly recommend a patch test before applying.

How to patch test:

1. Apply a small amount of bond behind your ear or on your wrist.
2. Wait 24 hours to check for any irritation.
3. If irritation occurs, rinse immediately and discontinue use.

If irritation develops, stop using the product immediately and rinse with warm water. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

Demure is not responsible for individual reactions.

No, as long as they’re not placed too close to your waterline. If they feel uncomfortable, simply remove and reposition them slightly higher.

Yes! Our lashes are lightweight and won’t interfere with contacts or glasses.

No problem! Just apply a little more bond and reattach the lash. Then, re-apply sealant and pinch the clusters together for a secure hold.

To make them last longer, avoid getting them wet for the first 24 hours. After that, they are water-resistant, but excessive water exposure may shorten their lifespan.

Our Lash Remover is the only safe way to remove them. Follow the step-by-step removal guide provided in your kit to gently take them off.

Yes, but we recommend single-use for best results. If you want to reuse them, clean them thoroughly to remove glue or residue before reapplying.

If you’ve used the remover, any oily residue left on the lash will prevent them from sticking again. Wash them thoroughly before reapplying.

Lash retention depends on application and aftercare. Here are some tips:

Apply in the morning rather than at night.
Avoid water for the first 24 hours.
Keep your hands off your lashes – natural oils can break down the bond.
Sleep on your back if possible – face sleepers may experience quicker lash fallout.
Double bond – apply glue to the base of your lash lineand onto the spine of the lash segment.
Double seal – apply sealant at the base of your lashes, then gently clamp with tweezers for extra hold.
