If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail and work to resolve the matter.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you with an alternative or refund.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations before dispatch, but please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel it. You do not need to give a reason.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the items. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for lashes, adhesives or similar products once their sealed packaging has been opened, unsealed or tampered with.

We will refund the price paid and the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Any refund due will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

All lash products are for cosmetic use only and must be used in accordance with the instructions and warnings supplied.

Always complete the recommended patch test before first use. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and waterline. Stop using the product immediately if irritation, redness, swelling or discomfort occurs.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Unless otherwise stated, all content, images and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Demure Lashes and may not be copied or used without permission.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for defective products or any rights you have under consumer law.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow the instructions or warnings supplied, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors, although we will take reasonable steps to maintain its operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law allows you to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom.
