All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you with an alternative or refund.

Payment must be made at checkout via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations, but contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

We ship via Royal Mail with the following options:

Tracked 24-Hour – £3.95 (Next working day aim, fully tracked)
1st Class – £2.95 (1–2 working days)
2nd Class – £1.95 (3–5 working days)

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened lashes.

If your item is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days at your own cost.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

All lash products are for cosmetic use only.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or improper use of our products.

Always patch test glue and adhesives before application.
